CliveHAWORTHPassed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Saturday 29th December 2018, aged 72 years. Much loved husband of Jean, father to Louise and Richard, grandfather of Eben, brother to Jean and the late Peter. Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Monday 28th January 2019 at 1:30pm. All who knew Clive are very welcome to attend the service. Family flowers only please.
